ADMINISTRATOR - LONDON
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, methodical and enthusiastic individual to join the firm in our London office.
In this new role you will be liaising with lawyers and external parties on a daily basis, taking pride and ownership of your tasks as you coordinate various administrative processes. You will be someone who wants to develop your breadth and range of experience whilst taking ownership of tasks. You should have some experience of working in an administrative role, have amazing attention to detail and be able to demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding client service.
Your main tasks will include managing high volumes of incoming emails, checking and processing invoices through our systems, on-boarding new third parties to act on our behalf, while liaising regularly with lawyers, the finance team and third parties.
Your previous experience will enable you to meet strict deadlines, remain unflustered in a busy work environment and your numeracy and Excel skills will ensure spreadsheets are accurately maintained.
In addition you will be the type of person who enjoys being organised, takes a methodical approach to tasks, and your written and verbal communication will be clear and friendly.
