We have an exciting opportunity to help us drive the delivery of our talent acquisition strategy as part of our ambition to grow the business. This is a new role working with the HRD, you will have the opportunity to shape the role. 

Your primary responsibility will be attracting and sourcing talented individuals to join our Tribe.  You will achieve this by being tenacious, building strong relationships internally, with our candidate pool and with our wider recruitment network.

Internally you will work with our hiring managers to drive the selection process and ensure we hire the right people to help move the business forward. To do this you will need to be credible and confident in engaging with a wider range of people including partners, candidates, agents and other senior stakeholders.

You will need to be highly organised and capable of managing all aspects of the recruitment process.

You should have previous experience of working in a similar role and whilst an understanding of the legal sector would be useful, it is not essential.It is important that you are skilled at interviewing, confident producing data and reporting metrics, and able to be relatively self-sufficient. We have offices in London and Cambridge and you will be expected to work seamlessly between the two locations
