HR COORDINATOR - CAMBRIDGE
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our fast paced and dynamic HR team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the HR Manager and L&D Manager with all HR and L&D administration. If you are excited by working in an HR team who are striving to deliver cutting edge HR best practice, within a business that is driven to being an exemplar of good business, you will thrive in this role.
This role will also involve providing support to ThoughtRiver, with day to day HR and payroll support. ThoughtRiver are a rapidly growing legal technology business which is co-located in our offices.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will get involved in a wide range of work such as organising training, processing payroll and on-boarding new employees. To succeed in this role you will need to be highly organised and able to multi-task, be confident speaking to a wide range of individuals at all levels and have a strong eye for detail. Exceptional organisation, numerical and interpersonal skills are essential.
You should have previous experience of working in a similar role and the desire to be involved in all areas of HR and L&D. You will be based in our Cambridge office and be expected to occasionally travel to our other offices in London and Oxford.
