TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR - CAMBRIDGE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast paced and dynamic HR team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the business with all aspects of talent attraction. If you are excited by working in an HR team who are striving to deliver cutting edge HR best practice, within a business that is driven to being an exemplar of good business, you will thrive in this role.
This role will also involve providing support to ThoughtRiver, with aspects of their talent attraction. ThoughtRiver are a rapidly growing legal technology business which is co-located in our offices.
This is an exciting and varied role where you will be supporting the HR team and business with recruiting talent at all levels from graduates to partners. To succeed you will need to be confident speaking to a wide range of individuals at all levels and have a strong eye for detail. Exceptional organisation, numerical and interpersonal skills are essential.
You should have previous experience of working in a similar role and the desire to wish to develop. You will be based in our Cambridge office and be expected to travel to our other offices in London and Oxford. In addition, there will be occasional travel to university careers fairs – mainly during the autumn.
